Raul started at Midge Belcourt CPA in 2008 as a business intern from Middlesex Community College.  After completing his school internship requirements, Midge offered him a part-time position as a Tax Preparer and Tax Accountant.  Raul is certified to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent, ITIN Certified Acceptance Agent and is Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Notary Public.
